Mike, I never played in (at?) "Alive Mod"

Got another great savegame, all 3 Lassiter gangs hideouts are known and I've been trying to lure all 3 gangs to one location... but it's not easy! I can lure 2 gangs (1 from Downtown and 1 from Works Quarter) to the same place no worries, or (1 from China Town and 1 from either of the other 2 locations I mentioned) to the same place, but trying to get that 3rd gang there has been impossible (so far). They always do something that you don't want them to do, e.g. if I save my game @ Salieri's restaurant they won't just drive there (following me) they'll drive straight out back and start attacking Ralph. Or when I try to engage Golem plus the 2 Detective Body Guards, once they start shooting at each other (with a gang) and it can be anywhere, the gang won't continue to follow me to the place I want all 3 of them to be.

I don't know how to get it to work because I tried many different things but (so far) every time they do something unpredictable and the whole process fails. Has anyone else been able to do this? Get all 3 gangs to one location?

Re: screenshots... self explanatory, but one weird thing... when the bridge opens for a ship to sail through you can land on "temporary" solid ground. I made the Priest Body Guard follow me to prove it. Once the ship has gone you die.
